Many of our couples return to us as their lives grow—from engagements and weddings to maternity sessions, family portraits, and annual Nantucket traditions. It is one of the greatest privileges of our work to continue documenting these milestones and the relationships that make them meaningful.

For more than 16 years, Rebecca has been creating timeless imagery that celebrates life's most meaningful milestones. For the past 13 years, Nantucket has been both home and inspiration, providing the backdrop for hundreds of weddings, family portraits, and unforgettable celebrations.
Rebecca's passion for photography began at the age of fifteen with a hand-me-down camera from her older sister. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a lifelong calling, inspired by the ability of a single photograph to preserve not only how a moment looked, but how it felt.
Nantucket also introduced Rebecca to Jonathan—her husband, business partner, and the other half of Rebecca Love Photography.

Home has always been at the heart of everything we do.
Jonathan was born and raised on Nantucket, and I happily earned my title as a “washashore” after falling in love with both him and this island years ago. What began as a leap of faith quickly became the life we had always hoped for, and today we’re raising our three daughters here while building a business we care deeply about together.
Our girls are growing up surrounded by salt air, sandy floors, and the rhythm of island life. Most days are a mix of school runs, time outdoors, evenings by the water, and the kind of everyday moments that somehow feel like the ones we’ll remember most.
Life on Nantucket has a way of slowing things down. There are no traffic lights, no rush that can’t wait, and every season brings its own traditions we look forward to—from Daffodil Weekend and long summer days on the beach to the quiet magic of Christmas Stroll. It’s a place that has shaped our family just as much as it has shaped the way we see the world through our work.

Becoming parents has changed the way we see everything. We understand how quickly seasons pass, how the smallest details become the most meaningful over time, and how deeply photographs can hold onto a feeling. That perspective is at the center of every wedding and family we photograph.
It is why we believe so deeply in preserving memories—not just as they looked, but as they felt. Every celebration we’re invited into is a reminder of how fleeting these moments are, and what an honor it is to preserve them for years to come.

Miacomet Beach
Our go-to beach for drive-on sunsets. The winters are long and chilly here, but we still make it out for beach sunsets and Miacomet is our favorite spot to let Benny out for a run while we jam out in the Jeep and watch the sun slip below the horizon.
Our go-to beach and where you'll find us riding the waves, building sand castles or calling in our lunch order from Henry's Jr.
Juice Bar
If you've been to Nantucket, you know what the hype is all about. Yes, we're locals but we don't mind standing in the line that wraps around the corner for our favorite homemade ice cream. I can smell the waffle cones now!
Island Kitchen
Breakfast at IK has become somewhat of a weekend tradition for our family. Another spot where the line is long, but the wait is worth it. I can't remember what life was like before their chocolate chip pancakes.
Handlebar Cafe
Downtown, just off of Main Street you'll find our favorite coffee shop. Delicious Lattes, comfy couches and a secret garden out back, Handlebar is the perfect spot for client meetings or an afternoon date with our girls.
Fisherman's Beach
We love Nantucket and call it home; not only for its charm and beauty, but also for its unique businesses, endearing islanders and pristine beaches. here are just a few of our favorite spots.
